The fate of birthright citizenship is about to be decided in the highest court in the land. An American flag is seen outside the Supreme Court, in Washington, D.C., in November, but this time it's not just a symbol of freedom - it's a warning sign for a constitutional amendment that could change the course of American history. This week, the nation's highest court will hear oral arguments about the constitutionality of President Trump's executive order declaring that children born in the U.S. to parents who are in the country illegally or temporarily will no longer be considered American citizens.
